gslapt 0.3.18

This release features the following changes:
  • Updated Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, and German Translations
  • GPG support (where available) within "Verification" preference tab
  • Failed package downloads now report why they failed
  • requires slapt-get 0.9.12
  • various small code updates
